Communication, Body language and tone of voice are very important !!
Guests can be very difficult to work with, but in the end if you get a difficult guest
they help you in a way to handle them they don't even know they are!!!

Wow it feels good to be back..
I had leave for a week, got some rest and now I'm back on duty.
2 May 2011 - Reception
I started at Rec Monday 2 May I barely observed... I started with
answering the telephone: Sondela Natures Reserve Igné speaking, how can I help you?
I stressed at first but later on it came naturally.
Before I could help myself I was busy checking out guests!!
I really like it because I like working with people...

I did not yet work on the system for it is difficult at first.
I used the radio to communicate with fellow workers

I did in house checks by taking the list and mark it of if it's in or out and give a reason for being out.

Did booking for Wild Life Centre and Game drives!

Today I had my own float... And I balanced!!!
I also booked guests in and out !!!!
