30May2011 Welcoming: Set up for welcoming.
*Tables, gas, pancakes, juice, wine ect.
We greet guests and tell them more about Sondela and about the place it self.
We also need to make sure there are clean glasses and plates en that the tables is clean at all times…
31 May2011 Conference: Started @ 08:30 with conference..
Tables, chairs, overlays, TOBY. Put everything in a line and how the people coming want it.
TOBY cloths and overlays when done putting on the table , block the cloths and check…
Put the Sondela booklets and pens in a straight line on the table in front of the chair, every booklet is another one’s space in between.
You need to put glasses, sweetbowls and water on the tables.
You also need to prepare the ‘coffee station’ for the guests … there you’ll need cups, saucers, teaspoons,sugar, milk (hot&cold), snacks and Coffee ( we give then Filter coffee).

Conference and lunch
I prepared coffee for conference and did the welcoming for them.
Greet them and show them were to go.. Tell them that they can get some coffee.
Then I waiter for them at lunch, took plates away and clean up.

We had a meeting this morning with F&B Manager Willie Smit, we talk about our work what need to be done, how and where...
The conference was here so I just waiter again for them..
And I waitered the rest of the day for guests coming to Piccinini's.

Welcoming: Did welcoming on Friday and prepared the morning for it, and worked there as well.
Poured the wine and juice and roll the pancakes for the guests. We decided to roll it for them to make it go quicker... = )
